Building India's drone base
WhoopForge started in 2020 as a WhatsApp group answering the drone questions no one else would. That habit of showing up became a 900+ member community, then a company — Whoopmasters India Private Limited, incorporated in 2023 around a single palm-sized drone and a conviction that India could build its own.
Track record
In February 2024 we began developing FPV kamikaze drones with the Territorial Army Innovation Center, and demonstrated the platform to the Army Vice Chief three months later. Since then: live capability demonstrations from Pokhran to the Northern Command, a Medal of Appreciation for showcasing FPV capability to Army units, and drones fielded with Para Forces and 15 Corps.
What we're building now
We manufacture through an NABL-accredited facility, build swarm and next-generation kamikaze platforms alongside established defense partners, and train Army units to build, fly, and maintain their own fleets.
Why it's defensible
Real operational relationships with the units who use this equipment, an in-country manufacturing base, and a training pipeline that turns customers into capable operators — not just a product sale.
